In addition, counselling can also help you explore your potential in situations where you may be feeling 'stuck' or lacking fulfilment in life.

 

My style of counselling is described as 'Humanistic Integrative'.

This means I am a person-centred counsellor trained in many different styles of counselling, and am able to use a variety of techniques including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt Therapy, whichever is most appropriate at the time.

 

The success of this style of counselling comes from the quality of the relationship between client and counsellor, and sessions are adapted to meet the needs of each individual client.
